We only write about places we’ve explored so we can create in-depth guides based on our own experience and give recommendations! Asia
After falling in love with Southeast Asia, we’ve spent almost one year exploring the continent! Every country on this list is somewhere we’ve visited and we’ll continue to discover more in the future! You can find all our Asia posts here.
Europe
Europe is the perfect destination for any traveller. It’s our home continent and we’ve explored by train, plane, night buses & car. We love finding Eastern Europe’s hidden gems and based ourselves in the Canary Islands. We’ve created some awesome guides for you! You can find all our Europe posts here.
North America
We lived in Canada for 2 years, and miss it every day! Our favourite experience was living in our van for 3 months travelling from Montreal to Vancouver. We’ve spent some time in the US but haven’t written any guides…yet! Latin America is on the cards for the future! For now, you can find all our Canada posts here.
Africa
We have only dipped our toe into the African continent, starting with the beautiful Morocco! The underrated nature blew us away and now we have to come back to explore more wonderful countries. An African Safari would be a dream bucket list trip! Find our Morocco posts here.

Hello! We’re Amy and Dan, the creators of The Sunrise Dreamers. On this page, you’ll find all the countries we’ve written about, along with a few tips and tricks. We’re constantly creating new travel guides for each place we visit and you can find our most recent posts here.
As you can tell from our website, we are pretty obsessed with travelling. We love going on big backpacking trips and exploring a region at a time! An interrail trip to Europe was our first backpacking trip, followed by a three-month trip to Southeast Asia and then a six-month adventure to Asia where we volunteered in Thailand for 2 months.
We also love having a base in between our big trips and so far we’ve lived in Montreal, Vancouver and London whilst spending a couple of months in Gran Canaria and Koh Lanta throughout our travels. We also love going on weekend trips when we’re working our Monday-to-Friday jobs!
