United Kingdom

Welcome to our UK Guide including England, Ireland, Scotland & Wales.

From the many neighbourhoods of London to the picturesque countryside of the Cotswolds, the UK has a huge variety of things to do.

London is a great place to start when visiting the UK (it’s one of the best cities in the world), but there’s so much more to explore like Bristol, York, Snowdon, Cambridge and the beautiful nature.

We’ve spent the most time in England as that’s where our family live, however, we’ve taken many trips to Wales and visited Scotland. Explore the UK through our travel guides.

Planning a trip to the United Kingdom

Is the United Kingdom vegan-friendly? Yes! We are proud to say that the UK is one of the most vegan-friendly countries in the world.

With a huge number of vegan restaurants all over the country and more vegan options appearing every day, you won’t struggle travelling as a vegan in the UK.

Is the United Kingdom budget-friendly? Accommodation, transport and restaurants can be quite expensive when travelling in the UK.

If you want to keep your costs low, you’ll want to stay in a hostel or private room (a little further out of the main area) and cook some of your meals. Book transport ahead of time and take coaches (Megabus or National Express) instead of trains.

Where have we lived in the UK? Bristol, Cardiff and London!
